Terms of Service

You are shopping on the Vinntro website (the “Merchant”).

If you place an order for delivery to an address outside of the Merchant’s home country (an “International Order”), you are purchasing from Reach in the way described below. Depending on your location, “Reach” refers to With Reach (EU) Limited ÖU (registration #14571597, “Reach EU”), Reach Ltd. (“Reach Canada”), With Reach (Australia) Pty. Ltd. (“Reach Australia”), With Reach UK Ltd. (registration #08507554, “Reach UK”), or With Reach (USA) LLC (“Reach USA”).

If you place an International Order, the item(s) that you are purchasing will be sold by Reach to you. Reach is the “Merchant of Record” for your purchase. You will provide your payment information, shipping address, and any additional information required or requested to complete your order directly to Reach, and not to the Merchant, in order for Reach to process your payment and complete your order.

Your order is subject to:

  1. These Reach Terms of Service

  2. The Reach Privacy Policy

  3. Any relevant terms and conditions imposed by the Merchant

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by all of these.

International Orders

By placing an International Order on the Merchant’s website, you understand and agree that:

  • You are purchasing from, and providing your information to, Reach.

  • Reach is entitled to verify and authenticate your payment information.

  • If there is an error in the price listed for a product, Reach may correct the price and/or cancel the order.

  • Once payment has been verified and processed, ownership of the goods transfers to you when they are provided to the carrier for shipment.

  • Reach will ship your order to the shipping address you provide.

  • Certain addresses, including PO Boxes, may be ineligible for shipment.

  • Reach may refuse service, refuse to process orders, edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion.

  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental or guardian approval is required.

  • Reach may use affiliates or third-party providers to process payments and services.

Currency

You may select your preferred payment method and currency during checkout.

Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate, and the final purchase price may vary depending on the selected currency.

Billing

If you use a payment card or another electronic payment method, your statement may include a reference to both Reach and Vinntro.

Shipping

Items in your order may be shipped together or separately.

If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you will only be charged for the items that have actually been shipped.

Chargebacks, Fraud Prevention & Void Transactions

To protect customers and reduce fraud, Reach may use various verification systems and fraud prevention protocols.

You agree to comply with any authentication requirements, including billing and shipping address verification.

Once an order has been placed, authenticated payment information and verified billing/shipping information cannot be modified.

If a transaction is processed due to a technical error despite being declined, that transaction will be considered void.

Customer Service & Returns

Questions or concerns regarding your order may be directed to Vinntro or Reach.

If returns are permitted under Vinntro’s Return Policy, Reach may assist with the return process and reimbursement of approved returns.

Reach reserves the right to refuse returns where restrictions apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Reach provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Reach makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Product images

  • Product specifications

  • Website functionality

  • Service availability

Your use of Reach's services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

If Reach is found liable for any claim, its total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

All content displayed on the website, including:

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Icons

  • Software

  • Audio clips

  • Digital downloads

is the property of Vinntro, Reach, or their licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

General Terms

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You certify that products purchased through an International Order will not be exported, sold, or transferred in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws of your country.

Privacy

To complete your International Order, you may provide personal information to Reach.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of that information in accordance with Reach's Privacy Policy.

The collection and use of personal information by Vinntro is governed by Vinntro's Privacy Policy.

Reach and Vinntro may analyze aggregated and anonymized transactional data to improve services and customer experiences.

Electronic Communications

By placing an order, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails related to your order and account.

Modifications

Reach may update these Terms of Service at any time.

The latest version will always be available during checkout.

Your continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
