Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Handmade items
  • Limited edition products
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Your refund or return request will not be accepted if you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong size. Detailed sizing charts are available on each product page to help you choose the correct size before placing your order.

However, if the issue was caused by our mistake, including receiving the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, we will gladly accept the return and either provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return.

We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We do not offer refunds or returns for orders where:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
  • The customer failed to collect or receive the package, resulting in it being returned to the sender.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
